Our limited edition giclee quality prints are produced with archival Ultrachrome inks on the finest museum grade papers and canvases available today. The minimum life expectancy of these prints is 100 years in normal indoor lighting conditions. Our prints are produced by giclee artist Dale Leix. A professional digital image of the original artwork is required on CD ROM, add $20.00 or $25.00 per image, if we need to provide.
(price varies on size of original)
Color matching (setup for very first print) and proofing appointment is $25.00 for each original artwork. Proofing appointment allows for consultation with artist to preview proof prints before the final giclees are printed, to help insure satisfaction. We permanently file all final proofs in artist’s folder for color reference for future orders to absolutely insure consistent print results. Print prices are calculated by the total square foot of image size on the giclee print.
We offer two types of paper for our prints, each being 200lb. weight. Our Hahnemule WT 310 watercolor giclee paper is considered the best on the market today! This product is very similar to the texture and weight of Arches 200 lb. watercolor paper. We also offer an Ultrasmooth paper which has absolutely no surface texture, which is ideal for pastel and pencil drawing reproductions.
We offer museum grade giclee canvas for your reproductions as well. All canvases are coated for you at no additional charge. Our specially formulated coating material adds extra UV protection, as well as water and scratch resistance. The coating also allows the artist to paint on top of the print in order to enhance or embellish the image, creating a one of a kind reproduction with actual relief surface.
All final giclee canvas prints come with at least 2″ inch (or more) border to allow for stretcher bars. We can provide just the print, but also we provide a canvas stretching service for all canvas prints at very reasonable rates.
